Return & Replacement Policy

At Sampriti Jewellers, we take pride in offering carefully crafted jewellery designed with attention to detail and quality. Every item is inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Because many designs are handcrafted, slight differences in finish, stone placement, or color tone may naturally occur. no return and refund.

Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacement support only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged item
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The product has a clear manufacturing issue

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Be reported within 48 hours after delivery

Items Not Eligible

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Minor variations due to handmade finishing or lighting differences in photography

After We Receive the Product

Once the item reaches our team, it will be checked by our quality department. If the request is approved:

  • A fresh replacement piece will be arranged depending on stock availability
  • If the same design is unavailable, store balance/credit may be provided for future shopping. store balance can be used with in six month.
  • Monetary refunds are not provided

Step 3 — Return Arrangement

After approval, we will guide you through the return process. Pickup support may be arranged depending on service availability in your area.

Step 4 — Dispatch of Replacement

Approved replacements are generally delivered within 5 to 10 business days after successful inspection.
