Delivery Methods
We currently provide the following delivery options across India:
Regular Delivery
Estimated arrival within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Priority Delivery
Faster delivery service available within 2–4 working days for selected locations.
Fast Dispatch Orders
Orders confirmed before our daily processing cut-off time may be dispatched on the same business day, depending on product availability.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping is available on eligible prepaid orders above a specified value announced on our website or social platforms.
- Orders below the eligible amount may include a delivery charge at checkout.
- Express delivery charges, if selected, will depend on location, parcel weight, and courier availability.
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer according to the destination country’s regulations.
Order Preparation & Dispatch
- Most orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery may require additional preparation time.
Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to become active on the courier partner’s system.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the parcel and product
- Keep the original packaging safely until the issue is reviewed
We will assist you in resolving courier-related concerns as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address or unreachable contact numbers may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
